Life and Mind on URANTIA
T
he following diagram will be followed soon with textual detail. For now, the depiction of how life has been established and evolved on URANTIA is a thing of exquisite cosmic beauty. I have cross-referenced the various revelatory statements that point to the nexus beteween mechanical life and "vitalistic" life. Premind life, while under the aegis of the Master Physical Controllers, eventually gives way to the Adjutant Mind Spirits. Mind has the same rubric: "Living mind, prior to the appearance of capacity to learn from experience, is the ministry domain of the Master Physical Controllers. Creature mind, before acquiring the ability to recognize divinity and worship Deity, is the exclusive domain of the adjutant spirits. With the appearance of the spiritual response of the creature intellect, such created minds at once become superminded ..."
The Master Seraphim
TThe presentation of the master seraphim in Paper 114 of the URANTIA Book, appears to be "new" epochal revelation. That is, a heretofore unknown disclosure of an order of the existence of a class of angels that provide special overarching service to an evolving planet. The master seraphim are resident on URANTIA working to assist the spiritual administration of the planet. They work entirely in the background as "ideational clearinghouses, mind focalizers, and project promoters" to promote the progressive growth of society and civilization. Read my paper published in the summer Herald of 2014 to gain an appreciation of how we humans might work with them. ...
Holarchies
At some intellectual inflection point in my study of the URANTIA Papers, specifically those that define the process by which God (actually, the I AM) has structured the master universe, it occured to me that a "holarchy" is a more appropriate depiction of how He organizes His universe. The pervasive characteristic of hierarchies is the paradox of the terms ‘part’ and ‘whole’. But, wholes and parts in an absolute sense just plainly do not exist, neither in living organisms nor in social organizations. What actually exists are sub-wholes which simultaneously display characteristics of both wholes and parts. Managing performance in the holknowledge driven organization will require the understanding of “holarchy” (Koestler 1989). I wrote about this in 1998 in the World Business Academy journal. ...
